I suddenly...felt bodyless?
It happened about a year ago,It was night..and out handball training ended..
Only a few lights in the huge sport hall we're turned on,and the five of us with the trainer we're sitting in a circle..somewhere in the middle of the hall..and we we're talking about the competition that was coming soon
Not as usual,I wasn't really tired
As I sat there, all of sudden everything turned black and white as their voices started 'muting',
I suddenly felt like I was literally outside my body flying around as I felt like I almost reached the glass ceiling..i could literally see floating up and up..
It lasted maybe for about max 10 seconds,I think?
Then suddenly all came back to normal and no one even noticed any difference in me,they just continues talking as before.
I felt a little dizzy after..
Something like that never happened to me after,though,I often have illusions...
What may explain that..thing that happened to me?
Maybe from endorphins. Endorphins/ feel-good chemicals are produced from exercising. I suppose that could make you feel that way.
Also slight lack of oxygen to your brain, because your experience sounds a little like some people feel just before fainting. If that happens again, you probably want to lower your head so it's below your heart and/or lie down in case you do faint.
