Electric Radiant Under

Heating a cold appartment with radiant dish heater?
All of our electric baseboard heaters are located right under the windows. And because of our humidity problem we have to keep the windows open a bit.
So the heaters are always on at the coldest places in the house. I would think this would make them run more and use more energy.
At work we got one of those small dish radiant heaters from Costco. I read the box it came in and it says it uses way less energy then other electric heaters.
Would it make more sense to get one of those and put in the living room farther away from the windows?
What do you think?
It would be cheaper for you to get a dehumidifier
you would control the humidity and therefore control your heat, you still need humidity in the air otherwise the baseboards will make the air to dry and the air turns cold again.
