Floor Tiles Usa
I have a small 1 bedroom apt. I want to get a cleaning lady. the apt is fairly clean. what can I look for?
1 bedroom apt.1 bath, and combo kitchen and living room (small)
Apt is not really dirty.
No rugs, just new real tile floors.
I just want floors dust moped and moped.
bathroom cleaned and kitchen Living (oven not used)
I was going to have her start on the bathroom and watch her.
Are there any tips on how she cleans the bathroom to tell if she is going to do a good job?
How much should I pay and tip?

If you live close enough to me - I'll do it.
Bathroom - Wash receptacles, soap dish, container etc. clean, tub, sink, then toilet bowl (including behind and sides. Throw away any disposable cloths or paper towels that were used.
Wash floor. If mop was used on floor then wash it in bleach and water, rinse and let dry.
Wash all equipment used, set out to dry
ask how much up front, and no you do not tip
