How do you make your mosaic shine?
Hi,
I have made a mosaic and am basically done. I have just finished grouting it with light grey grout. But now it has a light film over the top. I have removed this somewhat but the tiles still don't shine like they used to (obviously because the grout has gone over them).
So I wondering, what's the best make to make the glass tiles shine best and as much as possible?
You need to buff the tile to get rid of the rest of the grout haze. Wait till the grout is completely dry, then use a dry sponge or cloth and rub with a circular motion till the haze is gone. I'm sure you realize that the tiles won't be SHINIER than they were to begin with, but they should be AS shiny as they started. Finish off with a silicone grout sealer, used according to label directions, for a long and gleaming life.
