House Numbers Iron
Iron and coliform problem with water - Please help 
?
My wife and I just got a home inspection here in Maine for a house that we are hoping to buy. We had a water test done as there is a well and the water results came back with high iron, a low pH level and high coliform. All 3 of which I have been told aren't good.
We are hiring another company to do a re-test to make sure these numbers are accurate but I thought I'd get everyone's opinion on Yahoo. Is there anything you would recommend that we do or how much we should ask the seller's for to correct this problem? We want to move in worry-free of the water so we are hoping they can correct this issue but don't know how much they will budge in terms of giving us money back to correct these issues.
