Mural Wall Floor
Any Suggestions for a rainforest room?
I am turning my bedroom into a rainforest themed room. I just don't know what to do about paint! I am going for a VERY realistic look. I have been looking at wall murals but they all cost so much!! I want something for the floor, the ceiling, and the walls that doesnt cost so much. Any suggestions? Thank you!
my sister's room has a rainforest theme. What we did to liven it up was we took a large fish net and wove fake flowers into the net. We also hung those little styrofoam and feather birds from the ceiling. Depending on how specific you want it to look, you could also hang up native masks because the amazon rainforest has tons of tribes. As for paint, a fun thing to do is pick 2 colors (maybe green and brown) and paint the walls one color and then take a plastic bag (like one from safeway) and scrunch it up, dip it into the 2nd color of paint, and sponge it onto the wall. it will give a bushy, planty kind of a look.
