Where to find a portable blackjack table or tabletop?
I want to get my dad a blackjack game set for Christmas and all I ever see in the stores are poker table sets.

I'd rather one that folds up or so that can be put on any surface. Not an actual table.

You could, but it would be a little clumsy because the dealer has to reach over to the furthest hand. For that reason blackjack layouts are more likely to be closer to semi-circular than circular.
A table top such as

I did notice a number of sites advertise the type of table top you found as suitable for both poker and blackjack.
