Tile Bath Counter
What's the current trend? Tile & grout color match or grout contrasts, if so how much contrast?
Master Bath:
Walls white glossy tile. Floor cream/white not glossy tile. Counter is stone multi-subdued color that compliments wall and floor tile
Here's the logic : to have a coordinating grout color gives you a calming effect, your eye will go to what you want to highlight in that room. If you want to highlight your floor or to create more action in your decorating then you will use a contrasting grout color. When you first did your decorating, what were trying to highlight? If you decide that you want to contrast your grout color you need to take into consideration wall color ( if you are changing that ) than here's a suggestion go to a dark brown paint with gold undertones, grout color should be Custom Building Products grout colors #45 Summer Wheat or #22 Sahara Tan .AND here's the last thing : you have to dig out all the old grout off the walls and floor no skimping --Just so you don't destroy your tile a use a razor knife on the wall grout an grout removal tool on the floor grout is wider on the floor and when you go to order your grout-get unsanded grout for the walls, sanded for the floor.
